What shipping costs
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order to a United States address — there's no minimum to hit, no surcharge on larger packs, and no shipping line added at checkout. The price you see on the pack is the price you pay.
How fast it goes out
Orders leave within one business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting public holidays — so an order placed Saturday goes out Monday, and an order placed on a holiday goes out the next working day.
Everything ships from our own space in Orange, California. It's packed by the same small team that makes it.
How long it takes to arrive
Transit time depends on where you are. Once it's out the door, most orders arrive within [TODO — delivery window], shipped via [TODO — carrier].
We'd rather leave a visible placeholder than publish an estimate we haven't confirmed with the carrier. They go in before launch.
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as the label is scanned, so you can follow it from here to your door.
Where we ship
The United States only. We don't ship internationally at this time — if that changes, this page changes with it.
Where your order is placed
Checkout happens on steadilabs.com, which is the shop run by Steadi Labs, the company that makes it. Same order, same free shipping, same guarantee — your cart carries over exactly as you built it, and your card statement will show STEADILABS.COM.
If something goes wrong
Late, lost, damaged in transit, or delivered somewhere that isn't your house — email hello@steadilabs.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. A shipping problem on our end is on us to fix; see Returns & guarantee for how that works.
Still need an answer?
Email hello@steadilabs.com. It's read by the people who make and pack the thing, not a ticket queue.
